AL Civil Engineering will always look at value engineering options with our Clients. These will focus on design, materials, programme and delivery logistics. We achieve an average of 15% commercial savings for our Clients based on the returned tender sum through value engineering options post tender award.
Highways
AL Civil Engineering offer all highways sector services including full carriageway and footpath construction, drainage installation and improvements, SUDS systems and related services.
Environmentally Sensitive Projects
AL Civil Engineering are experienced in working in both environmentally sensitive and logistically challenging environments. We will tailor the project management plan and construction environmental management plan to ensure that projects are delivered without damaging the local environment and whilst continuously communicating and consulting with key Stakeholders.
